The RedBeam Asset Tracking Mobile Edition of the asset tracking software is a complete fixed asset database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations as well as the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers. The software includes unlimited mobile computer licenses for compatible mobile computer models. Keep asset records up to date and periodically take a physical inventory of assets. Data fields include barcode ID, location, department, maintenance, purchasing, warranty, lease, deprecation, information technology and 50 other user definable fields. RedBeam Asset Tracking supports Windows XP, Server 2003 and Vista.

Barcode

Barcode your fixed assets such as computers, printers and furniture. All software RedBeam software packages come with a pack of blank barcode labels that can be printed on your standard laser printer, or you can print to any barcode label printer that uses Windows drivers.

Scan

Conduct physical inventories from printed scan sheets or add all of your asset data to the mobile scanner with one click on the sync button. As you go from room to room, scan the barcode on each asset. Update any information including location, serial #, asset custodian, status, purchasing info or IT related fields.

Track

Print detailed asset reports. Report on found and missing assets, asset history, asset value and depreciation, warranty and lease expiration and more.
