IntelliTrack's Package Track Overview
- Package
Track is an off-the-shelf solution designed to automate intraoffice package
delivery. Automation increases the work flow in your shipping/receiving
department by improving the speed and efficiency by which packages are delivered
to the proper recipient

Receiving Packages - When packages are delivered to your shipping department by
the carrier, they are scanned and associated with the recipient.

information about the package such as:

Package ID

Temporary storage location

Package type (i.e., letter, box, etc.)

Received by

This
information is automatically emailed to the package's recipients so they
know to pick up their packages, or that their package will be delivered
shortly.

Delivering Packages - When delivering packages, you can choose either a package
to find it's destination, or a recipient to find all packages that are to be
delivered to him/her

Delivery Confirmation - Upon delivering the package, the recipient signs for the
delivery, guaranteeing the package was delivered to the correct person, as well
as ensuring that all packages were delivered
IntelliTrack Package Track reduces errors and increases accountability - Saves
time tracking down missing packages - Allows you to ensure all packages are
delivered in a timely manner - Increases profits by increasing work flow systems
efficiency
IntelliTrack Package Track generates real-time reports for internal package
tracking - Records time and date stamps for receipt and delivery of packages -
Captures electronic signatures when packages are delivered - Automatically
generates custom emails when packages are received in the mailroom. The emails
alert the recipient that the package(s) will be delivered soon or that they need
to pick them up
