B-Coder Lite is designed for desktop
publishing applications where the user needs only a small quantity of the
highest possible quality bar code graphics for documents or film masters. It is
extremely easy to use and creates perfect bar code graphics for UPC A or E, EAN
8 or 13, Code 39, BookLan, I 2 of 5 and PostNET. It has all the advanced desktop
publishing features of B-Coder Pro including color support, rotation, exact
specification of bar code height and width, support for all bar code features
including bar width reduction (to account for ink spread on an ink press).
B-Coder Lite does NOT support DDE
automation, incremental numbering or the advanced bar code symbologies (Code 128
and 2D bar code symbologies) supported by B-Coder Pro. This means you cannot
automate high quantity bar code production from Word, Access and other Windows
applications as you can with B-Coder Pro. It also means that you cannot use the
macros we provide to add bar code features directly into Word, Access, etc. as
you can with B-Coder Pro.

Please note: B-Coder Lite does not
add bar code features directly into MS Word, Access, etc. as the Pro version
does. Hence in most situations it is much easier and quicker to use the Pro
version. However for users requiring only one or two bar codes - such as
designers creating camera-ready art - the Lite version is fine.
